Piazza Costadura in Galatone hosts the Convent of St. Sebastian and the Church of St. Anthony. The convent now belongs to the Municipality, which has situated the city's offices here. The building was founded in 1500 by Giovanni Castriota, first Lord of Galatone.

The Church of Sant'Antonio (formerly entitled in San Sebastiano and in San Rocco) was founded between the 15th and the 16th centuries, and then rebuilt in 1712. It contains an altar of the Madonna of the Rosario of Mauro Manieri and a painting by Antonio D'Orlando.
