A typical closed-courtyard farmhouse, the Cascina Il Cambinino vecchio, situated on the northern outskirts of the town, has been a museum since 1978. The group of buildings, some of which may go back to the 15th century, are organized around a threshing floor, the place where the harvested crops were treated before being stored in the barns. The museum displays examples of peasant working tools and objects in everyday use.
