The museum is located in the rooms of the baronial De Sterlich-Aliprandi Castle, a fortified building that, along with the houses built against to the town walls, marks the boundary of a ring-shaped space, which encloses the hill. The museum puts on display a permanent collection of contemporary artists from the Abruzzi.
