3D model reproducing the statue of Pope Caelestinus, a limestone sculpture dated in the late fifteenth century. The work is attributable to the same artist who carved the Madonna and Child exhibited in the MUNDA-National Museum of Abruzzo in L'Aquila (Abruzzo, IT) and also coming from the facade of the Church of Santa Maria di Collemaggio in the same city. The sculpture represents Pope San Pietro Celestino standing, in a frontal position, holding the model of the city of L'Aquila with his left hand. He wears the papal headdress and wears a large cloak framed with floral motifs, which covers him, and below a pleated dress held at the waist. The statue is lacking of the right arm. Currently the work is exhibited at the MUNDA-National Museum of Abruzzo, in L’Aquila (IT).
