3D model representing the Head from Manoppello preserved in Chieti, in the National Archaeological Museum "La Civitella". The sculpture was discovered embedded in the wall of a house in the town of Manoppello in 1980, thanks to Mr. R. Di Fiore. The head, in white limestone of the Maiella slightly larger than life size, was probably part of an all-round sculpture that reproduced the full figure of a warrior, datable between the second half of the sixth and fifth centuries. B.C.. 3D model created as part of the ARS project in collaboration between the Abruzzo Regional Directorate of Museums, CAAM / Disputer department of the G. D'Annunzio University of Chieti, funded by EuroTeCH.
