Fort Klamath Historic Marker. Fort Klamath Museum sits on an eight-acre parcel on the historic grounds which operated from 1863 to 1890. The site contains the flag mall of the fort, as well as the graves of four Modoc Indian leaders who were tried and hanged at the fort in 1873.
