Detail of the frescoes of the twelve months with their relative town and country activities, in the Torre dell'Aquila in the Castello del Buon Consiglio in Trento, Italy. The cycle, commissioned by Giorgio di Liechtenstein is attributed to the Bohemian Venceslao, court painter of the patron. The detail shows the month of june and its zodiac sign of Cancer as shown in the inscription at the sides of the relief figure above, of the sun. The activites related to the month include sheep-farming and making cheese, while nobles are walking in a flowering garden accompanied by the music of wind instruments
